Where the money comes from
This is the question everyone actually wants answered, so here it is plainly.
You never pay us anything. Not for the quotes, not for the introduction, not later. There is no fee buried anywhere.
The engineer pays us a small fixed fee for the introduction. They pay it whether or not they win the job, which matters: it means we have no reason to push you towards the expensive quote, because our fee is the same either way.
It also means we only make money if engineers keep coming back, and they only come back if the people we send them are real homeowners who genuinely want the work.
