Email us and say so. You do not need to give a reason, fill in a form or speak to anybody. We will delete what we hold and confirm it. If an engineer we introduced you to still holds your details, ask them directly and tell us if they do not act.
Something went wrong with a job
Tell us. We do not carry out the work, and your contract is with the engineer, but we choose who is in the network and we take a complaint about one of them seriously. Engineers who let people down stop getting work.
