Is it actually free?
Yes. You never pay us anything, ever. The engineer pays us a small fixed fee for the introduction, and they pay it whether or not they win the job - so we have no reason to push you towards the expensive quote.
How many people will ring me?
Three at most. The cap is enforced in the database, not by a policy someone might forget, so a fourth engineer cannot be given your number even if they ask for it.
Will I be chased for months?
No. Three engineers quote and that is the end of it. We do not sell your details on to anyone, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
When will they call?
Your job reaches engineers within about a minute. If your boiler has failed completely, say so on the second question and it is flagged as urgent.
What if I rent?
A boiler replacement has to be authorised by the owner, so we can only arrange quotes for homeowners. The first question asks, and if you rent we will tell you straight away rather than waste your time.
